They played a show at BAC and I remember someone, I think Joey, bringing them a cardboard box of booze while they played. There was a water bottle of vodka in there and Jeff unknowingly tried to give some kids up front "water". Amazing faces ensued. That band liked to partyyyyyy. brett jerk.

i was on my way to the first mliw show in jersey because it was the first time black widows (black cross) came around. i had just seen them at abc and it was awesome (maybe it was at cb's?), and had to see them again. i was a mile from my house and my phone kept losing its reception and i got real mad and threw my phone at my windshield, spidering it. i pulled over in disbelief and then drove home, missing the show. after the show, people were talking about "that weird band from iowa that was awesome and went swimming in the ocean with everyone" i finally got into them and it was awesome. i made this at the last show because im a nerd.

oh yeah and the secret basement show i remember the band members themselves being way way out of hand/out of control at the show, blacklisted being better than i thought they would be, blacklisted calling out nj, and mliw not being as good as i would have wanted (probably due to the high amount of toxins in their systems)

one of my favorite bands ever for sure. didn't see them as much as i wish i could have but every time i did it was a blast. the show in pompton lakes where the power got shut off during the end of by the sea...fuck. last nj show was great too. witness will always be one of my favorite albums. after the last nj show i didn't go to another hardcore show for 10 months or so.

One of my favorites. Everything they put out means a lot to me and seeing them was always a pleasure.

just because a band plays things slower and sings like they're crying doesn't necessarily mean they're playing with more heart. i've listened to all their stuff and seen them a dozen or more times, and i can't think of a more boring band from the last decade.
*at least 15 "smite" clicks predicted*

Probably in my top 3 favorite bands/musicians. spent so many hours listening to everything they released. Crewtonz Show with negative creeps was one of my favorite shows ever.
